My career began at Maritz Travel Company, widely recognized as the global leader in corporate travel, meetings, and incentive programs. There, I spent eight years designing and managing complex travel experiences for Fortune 500 companies including Microsoft, PepsiCo, Shell Oil, Nissan, Hyundai, Jaguar, and Land Rover. I was immersed in an environment where every itinerary had to be flawless, every contingency anticipated, and every client expectation exceeded. As a Senior Program Manager, I managed programs with budgets exceeding $1 million, coordinating every detail with precision while delivering the white-glove service expected by some of the world’s most recognizable brands.

That world-class foundation continues to shape the way I care for every client today. I was trained in one of the most demanding travel environments in the world, where perfection wasn’t optional, every detail mattered, and anticipating clients’ needs was simply the standard. That same commitment to precision, proactive service, and flawless execution now defines every itinerary I create.

After Maritz, I spent 14 years as a luxury travel advisor with a Virtuoso agency, creating bespoke vacations for discerning travelers around the globe. Whether planning a multigenerational family adventure, a once-in-a-lifetime African safari, a private villa in Provence, or an unforgettable celebration at sea, I became known for thoughtful recommendations, meticulous organization, and being the person clients trust to think of everything before they ever have to ask.

In 2026, I founded Latitude 38 to provide a more personal, boutique approach to luxury travel. By building my own company, I have the freedom to devote my full attention to each client, thoughtfully curate every journey, and deliver the level of personalized service, responsiveness, and care that has defined my career from the very beginning.
