Drees has been planning trips for us for years, and has always done a great job! We enjoy cruises and Drees always knows the best cabin type, best deck and location for us. She plans our stays prior to and after each cruise—she knows exactly what kind of hotels will suit us, and finds really wonderful restaurants for us in each location. She is very adept at making sure we get the best prices, looking at alternatives for hotels, transportation and more to find the best deal for us. Most importantly, she is a great problem solver! When we were having trouble submitting passport pictures for our ETA in the UK, Drees came over to the house, scanned our passports, and took care of the ETAs herself—that is true service. On a prior trip, when our flight to Chicago to connect with our flight to Rome kept getting delayed, Drees was on the phone with us all afternoon changing our flights and keeping track of cancellations. Late in the afternoon our airline cancelled the final flight, and it was too late for other arrangements that day. Drees made arrangements for the next day connecting through Charlotte and on to Rome. She also contacted our hotel in Rome letting them know we would not be arriving the next day. Of course missing a day in Rome was disappointing, but Drees helped us in a frustrating time.
